Demeter Properties (Demeter Properties, LLC) recently requested rezoning for 15.38 acres located at the intersection of David Cox Rd. and Davis Lake Parkway to build a townhome complex

It was stated that developer reduced units from 159 to 115. Someone states they reduced from 159 units to 115. There were still concerns about road that were not addressed

City Public Hearings are at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center
600 E. Fourth Street.
Free parking is available at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center Parking Deck (3rd and Davidson). Visitors can enter the parking deck through the Davidson Street entrance prior to the City Council meetings and exit freely after 7:00 pm.

Directions to the Government Center from Davis Lake:
I 77 South to Brookshire Freeway toward downtown (I think it is South)
Take the 3rd - 4th Street Exit - Turn Left at the light onto 4th Street
Left onto Davidson Street.
Parking deck will be on your right.
