Community Mailbox Information
The Davis Lake Community covenants require that all mailboxes and
posts be consistant throughout the neighborhood with regard to size,
color, shape and appearance. You may obtain the covenant-specified
large black mailbox locally at Ace Hardware, Lowes or Home Depot
for about $30.

Two contractors have been interviewed by the DLCA and are willing to follow our official mailbox specifications if you need mailbox or post renovations. However, it is ultimately the homeowner who is responsible for the final product meeting all of the specifications.
