What's HOT! - The Latest News

URGENT! Special Meeting Notice July 19th 9:30AM
The purpose of this very important meeting is to vote to amend the Davis Lake Community Association Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. This amendment would allow the eight-one (81) homeowners in Woodcroft at Davis Lake, and the twenty-four (24) homeowners in Legacy at Davis Lake to withdraw from the Davis Lake Community Association.

You are invited to attend the Special Meeting, be heard on the matter, and cast a vote. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may submit a proxy voting form. It is critical that you do one or the other!  Information and forms have been mailed to all Property Owners. Additional copies are in the DL Property Owners Site.  You will find the Meeting Notice, the Proxy form and the actual proposed Amendment in the DL Property Owners Site.  You must be a registered property owner and login to view the documents. Please contact Terry Potts, President of the DLCA board or any other board member with questions regarding this meeting.

  • Safety and Security Updates
From the CMPD: Over the past several weeks we have seen an increase in residential break-ins where the suspects are entering the house through an open garage. In several cases this has occurred while the home owners were in the back yard mowing the grass. Please remember to secure your garage even when you are home and to call 911 if you encounter someone walking into your garage. When confronted, the suspects will generally make up some reason for being there. It is important for you to remember as much detail as possible about them and to call 911.
  • Snacks at the Pool
In an effort to cut down on the operating costs for the pool and clubhouse this summer, vending machines have been installed in the pool area rather than operating a snack bar this year. Pool patrons are welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks, please no glass bottles.
