DLCA - Vision & Goals
The Davis Lake Community Association Board has adopted a Vision Statement including and goals to guide their efforts in managing the affairs of the association.
Vision Statement
The Davis Lake Community Association Board (DLCAB) shall operate within the bylaws of the association, and will act responsible to improve the community lifestyle by the adoption of goals.
Goals:
1. Initiate programs that will continue to improve the appearance of the community and the value of the homeowners property.

Tree planting

New signs at exits and entrances

Keep common areas cleaned, groomed and safe

Maintain bike paths and running trials.
2. Protect the DLCA financial position by insuring:

Targeting to maintain adequate capital reserves of 25% of operating budget. ($40,000)
3. Establish and initiate consistent communications with the homeowners.

4. Foster community involvement by homeowners through working committees. More details DLCA Volunteer
5. Evaluate all rezoning efforts and vigorously challenge those petitions that do not positively impact the community or goals of the DLCA.
