DLCA Electronic Dues Payment
DLCA members can now use our SECURE website to pay DLCA dues by online electronic check payment or by automated monthly bank drafts - and help DLCA reduce it's high credit card processing costs. A third party processor, EasyDraft, operates the secure website for DLCA.They are affiliated with Wachovia National Bank.
Instead of writing a paper check - write the check on the computer - it is that simple!
You can enter a "one-time" payment of your quarterly dues - or request that your dues be drafted from your checking account automatically each quarter. The automatically drafted payment will process every quarter on the 5th business day of the first month (April 7th, July 7th, October 7th etc.) You must set up the automatic drafting process at least 2 business days in advance of the actual drafting date. If you miss the "set-up" date, you can use the "one-time" payment feature for that quarter.
However, when you enter a "one-time" payment - the payment is not given by Easy Draft to CAM to post to your account for 5 business days! SO, be sure to enter your payment at least 5 days before your payment due date to avoid a late charge.

There is absolutely no cost to you for this program. However, the program is expected to save a lot of time and expense for the DLCA, as well as increase the reliability of our accounting. This will help to keep future operating expenses and dues as low as possible. Bank service fees and our labor processing are both reduced.
The DLCA board strongly encourages all Association members to use the electronic payment service as it will provide additional payment options to you and save the DLCA organization (That’s you) a lot of money.
If you would rather NOT enter your payment information online - but want to participate in the automatic drafting option - all the paperwork can be hand filled out and turned in to CAM. Please allow 2 weeks in advance of the due date for the paperwork to be processed. You will need to turn in a completed Authorization form and a voided blank check. . Deliver both items to Davis Lake Community Association, c/o CAM, 4957 Albemarle Road Charlotte, NC 28205 or visit the CAM office to fill out the authorization form in person.
