February 2006 - updates
Announcement of DLCA Board Election results will be no later than 2/16
rather than 2/9 as stated.
The following statement was printed in the Communique but not on the
PDF above.
The quorum requirement for the annual meeting of members of the DLCA
is the presence of members, in person or by proxy, entitled to cast
30% of the total vote of the membership. See Section 6(d) of Article
III of the Declaration. (820 owners times 30% equals 246 DLCA members
to constitute a quorum)
