Following publication of this newsletter, Jim Glock withdrew his name as a candidate for the DLCA Board election and will not be able to serve if elected. The proxy form has been edited to reflect this change and it is recommended that you use the revised form.

Swim Team - age requirement was wrong in the Communique, it is age 5 by June 1st not age 6 as printed.
Easter Egg Hunt advertised for March 22 has been cancelled

Announcement of DLCA Board Election results will be no later than 2/16 rather than 2/9 as stated.
The following statement was printed in the Communique but not on the PDF above.
The quorum requirement for the annual meeting of members of the DLCA is the presence of members, in person or by proxy, entitled to cast 30% of the total vote of the membership. See Section 6(d) of Article III of the Declaration. (820 owners times 30% equals 246 DLCA members to constitute a quorum)
