Neighborhood Clubs in Davis Lake

Davis Lake has a lot of neighborhood clubs that are available to the residents. Some of the neighborhood clubs are listed below,  You may want to ask your fellow residents about other informal clubs in your neighborhood - such as bunco groups, bridge clubs, dinner clubs, teen club etc. Group leaders should contact webmaster@davislake.org to keep your information on this page updated.

Book Club:

Contract Bridge Group: 2nd Tue. Monthly
Interested in meeting new people & like to play Contract Bridge? This group of Davis Lakers & friends will meet on the second Tue of each month. To join in on the fun contact tishchuckdoll@aol.com

Empty Nesters Club: 1st Thurs. Monthly
Empty nesters club will be held on the 1st Thursday of the each month Sept - May at 6:30 PM at the clubhouse with the exception of December.

The Empty Nester's club is open to Davis Lake residents. Empty Nester's is an opportunity to come together to enjoy fellowship with your neighbors in the community. It's a relaxed evening of conversation, sharing appetizers and, for those inclined, board games and cards. This year we would like to add outings during the year such as: dining out, sport games i.e., baseball, basketball and theater/shows. We are always open for suggestions/new ideas. All you need to join is bring an appetizer to share and BYOB for an evening of fun.

If you are an Emptynester and would enjoy the company of people with similar situations then come out to our get-togethers. Kathy Mercer at kmmercer@comcast.net or Bruce Talbott at bhtalbott@gmail.com
